What is a Veggie Thumper?
I am a Veggie Thumper! I love vegetables and want to help others love them as well, or at least incorporate them into their diets. I'm raising consciousness through food awareness, by providing access to high quality organic and locally sourced vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Veggies, I grow them, often from seed, I prepare 'em and share 'em. Soon my dream and goal of running a vegetarian and vegan food bus providing my creations to the masses will become a reality!
